I made this for dessert tonight and I was able to use twice the amount of tapioca for the thicker consistency I prefer from the tapioca pearls but otherwise this recipe was so easy to follow and I’m so happy that I found your recipe and can make my favourite Chinese dessert anytime I have a craving or company over!
